1. What MyPetSpend Does

MyPetSpend is an online pet expense tracking and budgeting service. We help you calculate, record, and monitor your pet-related costs over time. We provide tools including a pet cost calculator, expense tracking dashboard, manual refill reminders, and Pro features (coming soon).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use MyPetSpend. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Data and Responsibility

You retain ownership of all data you submit to MyPetSpend, including pet information, expense records, and reminder data ("User Content").

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your data and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content.

5. Manual Reminders

Free accounts are limited to 3 active manual refill reminders at any time. Reminders are one-time notifications based on dates you set — they do not automatically repeat or calculate optimal refill timing.

Pro features (coming soon) include automatic, ongoing, and unlimited smart reminders. These are not currently available.

6. Pro Features and Waitlist

Pro features are currently in development and marked as "Coming Soon." Joining the Pro waitlist does not guarantee access or future pricing.

No payment is required to join the waitlist. When Pro features launch, terms for paid access will be provided at that time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MyPetSpend to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the service for any unauthorized commercial purpose

8. Data and Service Availability

We strive to keep MyPetSpend available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

9. No Professional Advice

MyPetSpend provides expense tracking and budgeting tools only. We do not provide veterinary, medical, nutrition, legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice.

Any information provided through the service is for general informational purposes only. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

10. Intellectual Property

The MyPetSpend name, logo, design, content, and all related materials are owned by MyPetSpend and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.

11. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about our services, we may use them without obligation to you.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the service or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyPetSpend is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data or content provided through the service.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPetSpend and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
